Services

Internal medicine, all in one place.

Preventative medicine, chronic condition management, geriatric care, and healthy lifestyle support — for adults ages 18 and up, from one team that knows your history.

Preventative Medicine

Catching problems early.

We recommend adults have a physical exam each year to screen for disease, understand future risks, review your immunizations, and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Vaccines remain one of the safest and best methods of prevention. Our office follows current evidence-based adult immunization guidelines and can help you understand which immunizations are appropriate for your age, history, and current health.

Keeping up with visits even when you are well helps us catch problems like high blood pressure early, and treat them before they become more serious.

Adult preventative care includes evidence-based screening and counseling tailored to your age, personal risk factors, family history, and Medicare or insurance coverage. Screening plans are made with your provider, not from a one-size-fits-all checklist.

For Medicare patients, we provide the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit, with attention to prevention, memory, fall risk, and advance care planning. Medicare covers this visit once every 12 months. It is not a head-to-toe physical, and if we also treat other problems during the same visit, that portion may be billed like a regular visit.

Chronic Conditions

Support, treatment, and management.

Living with a chronic condition shapes daily life. Our job is to keep it steady — with treatment that fits you, and care that does not feel rushed.

We manage chronic medical conditions including, but not limited to, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and thyroid disorders.

The goal is long-term care: one place that understands your history, medications, lab trends, and specialists, instead of piecing it together visit by visit.

Geriatrics

Healthy, active later years.

We are committed to helping older adults stay as healthy and active as possible.

We discuss testing, medication, and illness with each patient. We also share practical guidance on wellness, disease prevention, and managing chronic illness.

That includes helping patients and families navigate concerns like dementia, arthritis, unsteadiness, urinary incontinence, restless legs syndrome, loss of strength, and the day-to-day changes that come with aging.

Healthy Lifestyle

Building habits that last.

Lasting health is built on daily habits — and habits are hard to change alone.

Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff offer counseling, treatment options, and regular follow-up to help with weight, sleep, movement, and the daily choices that shape long-term health.

Real improvement happens between visits, so our approach focuses on practical changes patients can sustain over time.
